1. Eligibility for Returns

- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are included
⚠️ Installed or activated electronic locks and cameras are not eligible for return due to security and safety reasons. Products showing signs of installation, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
- Software, mobile apps, or subscription services
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Defective
- Physically damaged during shipping
- Incorrect or missing items

- Photos or videos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund after verification.
